I just called and talked to Paul tonight at 4:55pm they close at 5pm. I needed to drop and add a vehicle, I told him we could do it tomorrow, I didn’t realize how late it was. He said don’t worry about it, will do it now. By time we were finished it was almost 5.30. May not seem like a big deal, but in today’s world, to me it was pretty big deal! The claims adjuster originally approved my claim in full before he realized that certain procedures hadn't been followed. When the claims office tried to reduce the settlement amount, I complained to Penny. She understood the situation and insisted that State Farm make good on their original settlement offer. After a washing machine leak caused damage across three floors on Tuesday, the repair company’s preferred mitigation team set up drying equipment immediately.By Thursday night, I realized the water damage company wanted me to sign a document that appeared highly detrimental. I contacted my agent, Melissa Miller, for advice. Penny stepped in right away and was incredibly helpful.
