Her and her staff have always been overly accommodating and incredibly knowledgeable. I just called and talked to Paul tonight at 4:55pm they close at 5pm.
I needed to drop and add a vehicle, I told him we could do it tomorrow, I didn’t realize how late it was. He said don’t worry about it, will do it now. By time we were finished it was almost 5.30. May not seem like a big deal, but in today’s world, to me it was pretty big deal!

"Met with Penny today to go over my life insurance options since my term plan was coming to an end. Received great info. Also talked about the Drive Safe program I am enrolled in. Who doesn't love easy, additional discounts? In all our talks she noticed I hadn't had an auto rate review in a while so we started that process. Can't go wrong there either since premium will either stay the same or go down, never up. She didn't let me leave until all and any questions were answered. I'm not a selfie person, but if you are this is a great place to get a selfie with cardboard cutout of Jake."
